Shipping policy

Where we ship MANE Paris ships across the European Union. All orders are processed and dispatched from our European warehouse.

Processing time Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after purchase. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery time Standard delivery takes 4 to 10 business days from the moment your order leaves our warehouse, depending on your destination within the EU.

Shipping costs Shipping is free on all orders over €50 within the EU. For orders under €50, a flat shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Tracking your order As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

Delivery issues If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please first check the tracking link for any updates. If you still need help, contact us at hi@maneparis.com and we will look into it right away.

Incorrect addresses Please double check your delivery address at checkout. MANE Paris is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before the order is dispatched.

Customs and duties All orders within the EU are shipped duty paid, so you will not need to pay any additional taxes or fees on delivery.
